The Softball Leinster AGM will take place on Wednesday 28th October at 19.30 in accordance with the following:
Notice of Annual General Meeting
At least 21 days notice of the date of the Annual General Meeting shall be given to all persons registered as members of the Region and Softball Ireland at that date and a copy of the agenda shall be circulated 14 days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.
The AGM will be held over Zoom this year. Instructions and guidelines will follow closer to the AGM date. We will issue relevant documentation and reports by October 14th 2020.
Softball Leinster are looking to fill the following vacancies:
- Treasure
- Secretary
- 3 x Ordinary members
