The final league table for Division 2 can be found here – Renegade Titans, Devil Homers and Beverage Joes are tied on points. But Titans beat Homers twice, and Beveverage Joes once but conceded fewer runs. Devil Homers beat Beverage Joes twice. So the order is correct as shown.
