Notice of SL Annual General Meeting 2022
As previously notified to Captains on 11th September 2022, the Softball Leinster AGM will take place on Saturday 22nd October 2022 at 1pm. Venue to be confirmed.
Anyone who wants to propose motions or amendments to the Constitution, bye-law suggestions, or items for inclusion in the “Any Other Business” section of the AGM must submit this by 11th October 2022.

Just a gentle reminder that Nominations for the “Executive Positions” should be emailed to secretary@softballleinster.ie by 22nd September 2022.
Nominations for Ordinary Members should be emailed to secretary@softballleinster.ie by 11th October 2022.
Proposed Alterations to Male/Female Playing Ratio Bye Laws
Following this issue being raised and heavily supported at the 2022 Captains Pre-Season Meeting, and many teams voluntarily playing 5:5 M:F split line-ups this season, SL will be proposing a change to the Bylaws governing this for the 2023 season. These draft bye-laws will be issued in advance of the AGM, and will be discussed, with any further amendments proposed, at the meeting.
